Live Rosin Infused Belgian Waffles


  • 2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour

  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar

  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 2 Eggs, yolk and whites separated

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/2 cup *COOKING OIL from ingredient

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract


  • Preheat your waffle iron, spray with nonstick cooking spray

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt

  • In a separate bowl, or stand mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form

  • In a separate bowl, warm the milk and *COOKING OIL

  • Mix the egg yolks and vanilla extract with the milk and *COOKING OIL

  • Combine the egg yolk mixture with the dry ingredients, mix well

  • Fold in the egg whites

  • Pour the batter onto your preheated waffle iron

*NOTE, part of the COOKING OIL can be substituted for vegetable oil to lower dosage if desired
