Ingredients:
1 tbsp *EXTRA STRENGTH GHEE from ingredient
1/4 yellow onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
16 oz spinach, chopped
14 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
16oz cottage cheese
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Warm *GHEE in a skillet over medium heat on the stove
Saute chopped onion until soft, then add in garlic
Add in chopped spinach. Once wilted, add chopped artichoke hearts
Once warm, slightly reduce the heat and add in cottage cheese, nutritional year, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Stir until evenly combined
