Infused Spinach Artichoke Dip (Skillet)


  • 1 tbsp *EXTRA STRENGTH GHEE from ingredient

  • 1/4 yellow onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 16 oz spinach, chopped

  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, chopped

  • 16oz cottage cheese

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • salt and pepper, to taste


  • Warm *GHEE in a skillet over medium heat on the stove

  • Saute chopped onion until soft, then add in garlic

  • Add in chopped spinach. Once wilted, add chopped artichoke hearts

  • Once warm, slightly reduce the heat and add in cottage cheese, nutritional year, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

  • Stir until evenly combined
