Infused Pumpkin Bread

This recipe uses 5 Tablespoons of Rosin Infused Cooking Oil for 1 loaf of pumpkin bread. Using regular strength Cooking Oil* will make each loaf approximately 75mg THC. Using Extra Strength Cooking Oil* will make each loaf approximately 225mg THC. Chose the oil that best suits your tolerance or lower the dosage by using non-infused coconut oil in its place at a 1:1 ratio.

Ingredients
1/3 cup Rosin Infused Cooking Oil* (5 Tbsp)
1/2 cup Honey - or Maple Syrup
2 Eggs
1 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/4 cup Milk
1 3/4 cup Flour
1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice Blend
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt
optional: 1/2 cup mix-in's { nuts, chocolate chips, etc. }
Step 1: Preheat
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan
Step 2: Whisk
In a large bowl, beat melted Cooking Oil* and honey together with whisk. Add eggs, continue whisking until blended. Add in pumpkin puree, milk, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt. Continue whisking until blended.
Step 3: Mix
Using a large spoon, stir flour into the mixture. If adding any mix-ins, fold them in now, then pour batter into prepared loaf pan
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean
Step 5: Chill
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, transfer to wire rack to continue cooling
