Ingredients:
Pretzels of choice
1 cup of chocolate
1 tablespoon of *COOKING OIL from ingredient
chocolate : cooking oil ratio can vary between 1 tsp - 2 tbsp of cooking oil per 1 cup of chocolate, depending on desired infusion and creaminess.
Directions:
Microwave method-
Place chocolate and *COOKING OIL from ingredient into a medium sized bowl
Melt in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds
Stovetop method-
Fill a medium sized pot approximately halfway with water and set to a light boil on the stove top
Pour desired amount of chocolate and *COOKING OIL into a stainless steel or glass bowl
Place bowl over boiling water (the bowl should not be touching the water. the steam is what melts the chocolate mix)
Gently stir until chocolate and COOKING OIL are evenly combined and melted
Cover each pretzel with desired amount of chocolate and place on parchment paper to dry
