Infused Beer Cheese Dip (45mg THC)

1/4 c GHEE by ingredient

1/4 c flour

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

1 c milk

2/3 c beer of your choice (non-alcoholic works just fine, too)

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 c sharp cheddar shredded

1 c gruyere or swiss cheese, shredded


Melt GHEE, flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (or pepper of your choice) over medium heat in a saucepan. Cook approx. 1 minute.

Stir in milk and beer a bit at a time, whisking until smooth each time. Continue cooking over medium heat, add in mustard and Worcestershire, cook sauce until it thickens and gets bubbly.

Reduce to low heat, add cheeses, and stir until smooth and completely melted.

Serve warm with vegetables, tortilla chips or soft pretzels.
