Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp *COOKING OIL from ingredient
1/2 cup BBQ sauce of choice
1/4 cup tapioca starch (or 1/8 cup of corn starch)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Chop cauliflower into florets then coat in melted *COOKING OIL
After oiled, toss florets into tapioca starch until evenly coated
Place coated florets onto a parchment lined baking sheet (leave space between each floret)
Bake for 20 minutes
After baking, evenly coat each piece in BBQ sauce
Place tray back into the oven for 10 minutes
With the oven door cracked, broil on high for 2-5 minutes. Keep an eye on them to ensure they do not burn, remove when desired crispness has been reached
