Infused BBQ Cauliflower Bites (vegetarian)

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 tbsp *COOKING OIL from ingredient

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce of choice

  • 1/4 cup tapioca starch (or 1/8 cup of corn starch)


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

  • Chop cauliflower into florets then coat in melted *COOKING OIL

  • After oiled, toss florets into tapioca starch until evenly coated

  • Place coated florets onto a parchment lined baking sheet (leave space between each floret)

  • Bake for 20 minutes

  • After baking, evenly coat each piece in BBQ sauce

  • Place tray back into the oven for 10 minutes

  • With the oven door cracked, broil on high for 2-5 minutes. Keep an eye on them to ensure they do not burn, remove when desired crispness has been reached
