Homemade Infused Cheez-its


  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese

  • 3 tbsp *GHEE from ingredient

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Pulse cheese in food processor until smooth

  • Add *GHEE to your food processor and pulse again

  • Add in flour, salt, and water until a dough forms

  • Remove dough from food processor and form it into a ball

  • Freeze dough for 30 minutes

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  • After chilled, place dough ball between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin (aim for 1/8" thickness)

  • Cut rolled dough into small squares using a knife or pizza cutter

  • Poke a hole in the center of each square

  • Lightly brush with avocado oil (or melted *COOKING OIL from ingredient for strengthened infusion)

  • Sprinkle coarse salt to the tops of each square

  • Transfer the parchment paper to a baking sheet and separate squares

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy
