Ingredients:
3/4 cup all purpose flour
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
3 tbsp *GHEE from ingredient
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Pulse cheese in food processor until smooth
Add *GHEE to your food processor and pulse again
Add in flour, salt, and water until a dough forms
Remove dough from food processor and form it into a ball
Freeze dough for 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
After chilled, place dough ball between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin (aim for 1/8" thickness)
Cut rolled dough into small squares using a knife or pizza cutter
Poke a hole in the center of each square
Lightly brush with avocado oil (or melted *COOKING OIL from ingredient for strengthened infusion)
Sprinkle coarse salt to the tops of each square
Transfer the parchment paper to a baking sheet and separate squares
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy
