1/3 cup *GHEE from ingredient
2 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp fresh chives
6 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Finely dice fresh parsley, chives, and garlic
Optional: Simmer garlic on stovetop until golden
In a small bowl, mix room temperature *GHEE with the diced parsley, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper
