Infused Buffalo Sauce

Ingredients:

1 full bottle (23oz) Hot Sauce

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp melted GHEE by ingredient*

4 Tbsp butter

*(The GHEE/Butter ratio can be adjusted for stronger infusion if preferred)

Instructions:

In a saucepan combine ingredients stirring and heating until combined and warmed throughout

Buffalo sauce can be used to create infused wings (chicken and cauliflower), chicken sandwiches, Mac and Cheese, snack mix and more!
