Infused Baked Mac & Cheese

Mac & cheese Recipe


6-8 servings


6 cups cheese of your choice shredded (we used Italian, shredded velveeta, and cheddar)

(Save a cup for topping)

2 1/2 cups of milk

1 cup heavy whipping cream

*2 Tbsp of our INGREDIENT extra strength GHEE

2 lbs shells

1 cup Bread Crumbs (we used Italian!)

2 tsp Pepper

1 tsp paprika

2 tsp granulated garlic powder

1 Tbsp all purpose seasoning salt


Boil noodles in salted water until al dente

Remove from heat and drain immediately

For your cheese sauce: add milk, cream, and Ghee

Heat on medium low 7-9 minutes frequently stirring

Slowly add shredded cheese until melted

Add in seasonings and stir until a smooth consistency

In 9 x 13 pan, add noodles and then pour cheese sauce over the noodles

Top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs and re-season with pepper and paprika

Bake at 300 for 20 to 25 minutes


If you prefer a less potent Mac and Cheese use our regular strength Ghee!
